1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tendonbiosau website at tendonbiosau.click ("Platform"), operated by Tendonbiosau, Lapinlahdenpolku 8, 00180 Helsinki, Finland. The Platform provides educational content on intentional pacing, daily rhythm design, and attention management. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm others
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or disruptive code

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including texts, course materials, graphics, layouts, and structural elements — is the intellectual property of Tendonbiosau or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. 5. Purchases and Digital Content

Paid course access is supplied as digital educational content. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and grant access. Before completing a purchase of digital content that begins immediately, you will be asked to expressly acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started, in line with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and Directive 2011/83/EU, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract, including your statutory rights regarding refunds and withdrawal where applicable.

10. Changes to the Platform and Terms
