5. Purchases and Digital Content

Paid course access is supplied as digital educational content. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and grant access. Before completing a purchase of digital content that begins immediately, you will be asked to expressly acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started, in line with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and Directive 2011/83/EU, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract, including your statutory rights regarding refunds and withdrawal where applicable.

6. Educational Disclaimer

All content provided on this Platform is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing on this Platform should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Individual results may vary. Users are solely responsible for how they apply any information accessed through the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Tendonbiosau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its content. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

Where you are a consumer, our liability for defects or non-conformity in digital services is governed by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and related EU rules. We are responsible for defects in content we supply for a reasonable period after delivery, and you may have remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination where applicable.

8. Consumer Rights and Complaints

If you are a consumer resident in Finland or another EU/EEA country, you benefit from mandatory rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer law, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts where applicable.

You may seek guidance from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta): kkv.fi. For online dispute resolution within the EU, see the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a certified body, but we aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly when you contact us directly.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We have no control over the content or practices of external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Linking does not constitute endorsement.

10. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may also revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires your explicit consent for contractual changes affecting existing purchases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless EU law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
